My vision is that we partner with you and your fitness trainer/coach, manual therapist, or martial arts instructor to assess any underlying deficits or compensatory patterns to your individual joint motion.
We look to identify these patterns in our assessment to then supplement or prepare for your main program with these goals:
1) Maintain your current range of motion 2) Expand in deficit areas 3) Control these new gains actively It’s a different way of training mobility. It has more intent towards internal control with more active input (as we ask you to explore tension and irradiation), and more of a systems approach where the sum of the individual parts make the whole work so much nicer.
