As a family, we're slowly returning to a normal routine, which includes having our dojang / training space available after renovations.
I've experienced two major breaks into my personal practice. It amazes me how this time, natural movements and an internal focus make such a positive impact in the transition back from time off. Remembering the previous lessons learned, and always a work in progress.
