The most common feedback we receive is that CARs are skillsets that require "constant review". We are at the early stages of the discovery process to offer an online class dedicated to CARs.

As a family, we're slowly returning to a normal routine, which includes having our dojang / training space available after renovations.
I've experienced two major breaks into my personal practice. It amazes me how this time, natural movements and an internal focus make such a positive impact in the transition back from time off. Remembering the previous lessons learned, and always a work in progress.
Here's a preview into my personal practice: experiencing Dangsoodo inResONEnce.
I was recently inspired by one of our students in our Mobility inResONEnce program to really reflect on the WHY behind our HOW.
Recently, I received this update:
I continue to be amazed by this student's forward mindset and commitment. It's not my story to share, but this student was extremely forthcoming with past histories and current challenges.
In our Discovery Call, I was even the first to say that I'm not sure if I'm a good fit for the student's needs, but that I'm willing to try and learn.
We started with Mobility Assessments.
We allowed life to take over through the holidays, but continued to commit on a once-a-week session when the schedule fit.
We modified the programming carefully each week, taking notes of how things felt before, during, and after each session.
And in less than 10 mobility sessions, progress!
